Q: If I have a broken screw in my neck after fusion is that a lawsuit? I'm not sure where I go from here. It's been 6 month
Couple months after surgery it started hurting worse and since then has only gotten way worse. I'm 6 months after surgery now. Doctor says he wants to see if it'll heal on its own but the pain I'm in is 10 times worse then before surgery. I'm just trying to see where I go from here.
A: A Washington attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. I'm sorry for your anguish and pain. One option is to discuss with local attorneys. Although this is a judgment call attorneys cannot make, they may ask if you sought second medical opinions on your post-op status. Good luck
