Q: my fiance bought a car from someone that he doesnt know and he went to get the car today and i guess the property owner
called the police & said that it was stolen but the property owner is not the owner of the of the vehicle, come to find out the owner of vehicle passed away. so now they are talking about charging him with theft of a vehicle but he did not steal it, he apparently bought ir from someone who was not the owner but that person did have the title & it was signed off but we don't know who signed it & my fiance doesn't know the person he bought it from.
anyway my question is they are now wanting my fiance to take a polygraph test to see if hes lieing and he is wondering if he should take it or not because they aren't submissible in court?
