Q: Three weeks ago I was walking across street in the walkway with the walk light on and was ran over by a truck
The truck never stopped. I was in OU Hospital for a week I was ICU as well, I'm also 6 mons pregnant. I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in my case, I would like to see that person bought to justice thank you. I was struck on Rockwell and 16th Oklahoma City Ok. I was walking from the tobacco store to 711 at that red light with the walk light on
A: An Oklahoma attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. Yes, there could be attorneys interested in your case. But the format of this Q & A forum doesn't work like a referral service. You would need to reach out to attorneys on your own. I'm sorry about this terrible accident. I hope you are okay. Based on your description, I believe jurors would be very sympathetic to you. However, it looks like a hit and run unfortunately. If you want to pursue this, consider reaching out to law firms without further delay. If there is any type of video evidence out there, it needs to be saved before it is lost. Good luck
