A: A Colorado attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. It could be spam - collection actions are not generally associated with arrest warrants. They are usually civil matters. However, attorneys here could feel uncomfortable in telling you to dismiss it or treat it with legitimacy. They'd want to see what you received and review it. Two possible options include (1) ("on the cheap" option) - investigating on your own with phone calls and research and relying on your instincts in authenticating to your satisfaction whether you believe it's real or a scam, or (2) ("some costs involved" option) - arranging a consult with an attorney to look the materials over and relying on their guidance. Good luck
