Austin, MN asked in Elder Law for Minnesota

Q: I purchased a used mobile home in a mobile home park. The seller is the property manager on site. We had asked if there

March and April during thunderstorm water ran into the furnace from the ceiling. Went to put a light fixture in the ceiling of the entry door just to find the previous wires were taped off with Duct tape and they were Hotwires. Went to dump a large pot of water in the rinse sink of the kitchen just to have it splash on the ground underneath it opened the cabinet door to find the plumbing was taped together with packaging tape. I understood for $7000 it would need some TLC but wasn't prepared for all the hidden deception. It was sold as a 2 bedroom ready to move in ready. The second bedroom I was told had been being remolded and just needed the floor covering(carpet, tile,) the entire floor needs to be completed. The property owner lives in Florida and actually was the one to tell me about the trailer being available. What are my options? I am also disabled and currently considered vulnerable in Minnesota
