On the 4 my husband there father,tried hanging himself off our balcony the girls were home at the time. I have a 19 and 17 year old in my home the 17!year old will be 18 in April. I have asked husband to leave ended up getting a restraining order and we haven't heard from him since so if I'm doing everything right why do I need to talk to CPS for?
