Q: What is the poss he will get visits being on parole already losing rights to another child & being absent for 10 yrs?
Exboyfriend 3 children together. On all BCs. They are now 20 yro m 17 yro m & 16 yro f. Up until the ages of 9, 6, & 5, my current husband and I were allowing him to have visits evry other wknd. He disappeared due to drug use. From that point 10 yrs ago until 4 months ago he had no contact. He has spent multiple yrs in jail & prison for drugs and other iss. 4 mths ago he reached out to our 16 yro daughter on social media and convinced her that if she would say that she wanted to live with him that he would get CS from me and he would allow her 18 yro GF to live with her at his home. She is in therapy for MH iss. Therefore she has been in a fragile mental state. He convinced her to runaway from a school function to his home at 9 PM in Sept. w/o my knowledge. Police were no help. Once home she said was terrified bc of illegal activity, random men, etc. He is is saying I hid them from him & he "tried" to find them. There is so much more... He has filed for vist for her only not our son.
