Q: i lived with my grandmother and took care of her , im a benificary (1of3).can i avoid probate ?
there's a will and testament that was recorded, stating the persons last wishes. i live alone in the property . I'm a pr and trying to succeed the interest on the mortgage but in= need a title in my name to do so. the recorder just handed me a probate pack and i want to avoid it due to the fact of long processed . why? because IM REALLY CLOSE TO PAYING IT OFF but the leasing company cant due to title . I'm a 2nd PR my dads the first . he chose to handle his own needs and failed to contact creditors thus pushing me to do so . all beneficiaries have been notified and agree to step down.
