Q: If my husband took all my money was not allowed for me to have a bank account and he committed adultery can I sue him

I'm a victim of narcissistic abuse for the first 14 years I was with him I was made to hand over my paychecks he deposited his account he mentally and emotionally abuse me he committed adultery I have all the bank statements where he took my money and spent it on other women he's refusing to file for divorce I don't have any money he's a trust fund baby I'm on disability what am I entitled to I gave him all my money for 25 years..I am in MO
