Q: In the dominican republic is it illegal for a minor to smoke?
I see it says you cannot sell tobacco to a minor but nothing about letting a minor or a minor consuming it.

A: This forum deals mainly with U.S. laws, so an attorney in the Dominican Republic or public health agencies could advise best. But with those types of laws in general, if SALE is prohibited, USE is likely prohibited in some form, whether smoking at all, smoking in public, etc. You probably didn't come here for a health sermon, but it sounds like you are young. If you can abandon smoking tobacco now, it can be much easier than trying to do so later. Good luck
