Q: What happened to the remaining money that was supposed to be returned to Jennie Mae Kelly Scott after Adam Scott parents

There were 98,000 dollars and how did Sam Kelly inherit allotment from Jennie shouldn't it gone to her children not the guardian who was the beneficiary of her estate in trust

A: Noone could answer a question like that here, so hire an OK attorney to look into it. If there was a Probate then read the file at Court. Title searches may be needed. Trustee of Trust might need to be asked questions. SOLs may bar suits against the fiduciaries.

A: As Mr. Avery stated, this cannot be answer in this forum. You need to contact an attorney who works in probate and have them review the case documents and facts of the case. There may be an easy explanation, but there may be a course of action that can also be taken. But until an attorney reviews the facts there is not an answer.
