Q: hi hopefully this is an easy answer i defaulted on a cc back in 06 and the collection ppl got a garnishment anyway they
collected like 1400 from me back in 5/2011 then they added SATISFACTION OF ORDER OF GARNISHMENT AGAINST DEFENDANT on 8/2011 then the status of this case was marked closed and no more was added until 11/2013 and they added NOTICE OF TAKING DEPOSITION DUCES TECUM IN AID OF EXECUTION and finally now 11 years later i got a thing in the mail that says MOTION FOR WRIT AS TO GARNISHEE WELLS FARGO BANK, NA on 12/24 so i dont have a wells fargo acc plus im am on disability and that is my only income isnt there a statue of limitations on something like this ? thank u for the help
A: Judgments are valid for 20 years in Florida. If you don't have a Wells Fargo account, they aren't going to get any of your money from Wells Fargo.
