Q: How to address medical treatment denial and personal information hacking issues?
I have been experiencing a situation where a group of people have allegedly hacked into my information and interfered with my medical treatment. For the past 11 months, they have reportedly contacted medical facilities such as Odessa Regional Hospital in Odessa, TX, instructing them not to assist me. I have evidence supporting these claims. I have also had three seizures, including one that occurred in the ER lobby where no nurses or doctors provided assistance. I have reported these issues but continue to be denied help. What legal actions can I take to address this matter?
A:
First, you need to identify the people who have hacked into your information and interfered with your treatment. This is not the job of a lawyer. It could be the job of law enforcement or a private investigator who specializes in cyber security.
Second, you need to gather evidence of how these people have interfered with your medical treatment. The first step in that process would be to gather together all of your relevant medical records and have them closely analyzed by medical expert(s) to identify exactly when and how outside parties interfered with your medical care.
Third, you need to gather evidence how this interference caused you legally compensable damages. Your medical expert(s) will have to evaluate how the interference adversely affected the course of your medical treatment and how that impacted your ability to work. You would then need to gather information concerning lost wages, health care expenses, etc. caused by the interference.
