A Texas attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. No guarantees there - it could depend on the court system and... View More

It is not legal, but police may not make an arrest or submit criminal charges to the district attorney for prosecution. They most likely will consider it a civil matter.

You can timely challenge any charges she makes with your credit card company as fraudulent use of your credit card. You...

You will need a criminal defense attorney. The failing to stop might be a non-criminal citation or a criminal charge. If it is a citation, it will likely be in a different court. The flee & elude is a felony charge. Your lawyer could move to consolidate the citation with the felony. Some judges... View More
