You need to hire a criminal defense attorney if you have been charged with an offense. The sooner you hire an attorney, the better. If you can not afford to hire an attorney, you need to request the services of the Public Defender in Court.

Not really sure what your question is here because you do not ask one. Regardless, sounds like both the driver and passenger need to hire a criminal defense attorney to assist them with their pending matters. The sooner an attorney is hired, the better.

I don't think the minibike has a serial number or vin number or anything like that

You need to report this theft to the police and let them handle it. You need to do this right away.

Q: An inmates case was closed on the 17th and he signed papers for release . How long does he have to wait to go home?

The inmate is located in will county adult detention center . They said that IDOC has to pick him up to dress in dress out then he can be released but no one has came to get him.

COVID-19 has caused major delays in transfers to IDOC. The inmate just needs to wait and hope it happens sooner then later.

Your lawyer will get a copy of the search warrant, along with the complaint, and any supporting material presented to the Judge who signed the search warrant.

You must do so because you have to remain ticket free for two years. You will pay a higher fine for supervision and you will have to take a special class. And you need a parent or guardian in court with you in order to receive supervision.

Yes, statute of limitation for most Misdemeanor offenses is 1.5 years and most Felonies is 3 years, so you can be charged any time within the statute of limitations. You need to hire a criminal defense attorney to assist you with this matter right away. The sooner you hire an attorney, the better.

Your husband has to give his lawyer permission to speak with you. Ethical rules require the attorney only to speak with his client, your husband, and no one else without the direct permission from his client, your husband.
