Q: Does the spouse own rights to an insurance policy in the state of Tennessee? What if the beneficiary isn’t the spouse?

I need to get my end of life documents( will, poa,etc) in order and I need to know can I exclude my spouse.

The fact that the shipper did not give you written acknowledgement of the damage doesn't absolve your insurance company of liability. An affidavit from you should be sufficient.
