Why would you do anything? If he continues not to see them, you are setting yourself up for possible sole custody in the future.

No. You should not withhold him. Hire a lawyer in Kentucky, file a motion for equal parenting time and establish a schedule through the courts.

Not until you turn 18. After that, you can freely contact them and communicate with them!

Keep a journal of when you have her and when the father has or sees her. Note any snd all occurrences in the journal as they happen so you’ll have an accurate record for the court.

Q: Corporal punishment

I read that ky is one a few states that allowed corporal punishment in the home. So my question is if that is true than why does CPS make is seem like it's an issue for a parent to reasonably discipline their child

Despite the law, the courts snd CPS do not sanction corporal punishment for any reason.

Q: I have de facto guardianship of a seven year old, can the bio father sign custody over to his mom?

the father has full temporary custody, I get visits ever other weekend, the child's father is on his way back to prison so he want's to sign custody over to his mother to prevent me from taking the child, the child's mother has felony warrants out for her arrest also.

Q: Wife arrested for failure to comply to a court order visitation, but she did not refuse. The father did not show up.help

Can not get any questions answered, was told the father was supposed to contact his lawyer & tell them about why he did not show up, but somehow my wife ended up with a warrant.

You should hire a lawyer to defend you in the termination action. There are far too many possibilities and variables that are involved to cover here, but if you voluntarily terminate your rights, you will likely lose them forever.

She signed a false undocumented illegal guardianship form to her friend without my consent and I had to file an eco which was declined. So I have to file a jurisdiction transfer or do I? She was in Kentucky but is now in Florida how would that work?

Child support and visitation are purely independent of each other. One does not require the other.

A parent can file an EPO at the county attorneys office if he or she believes their child is in danger. You can also contact CPS to investigate the matter but that is much longer process.
