I’m worried my child’s father is gonna try everything possible to get joint custody now that DNA has come back can he do that if she doesn’t have her own room at his house? He has one older daughter, and two younger boys, and only has a 2 Bedroom place

Possibly. The trend in the law these days is joint custody to both parents unless there is a compelling reason otherwise. He may have to provide her with her own room , but if that is the only obstacle it could be overcome fairly easily.

No. If paternity has been established, you both have joint (not sole) custody by operation of law. You will need to file a motion in the paternity case or a new custody scion to establish a parenting schedule

Most likely not with the father in the picture. You can certainly try….but it may be more difficult depending on dads involvement or lack thereof.

Most likely not, depending on the terms of your paternity agreement.

You might be able to but without concrete proof the better move might be to report it to CPS and let them investigate first.
