Yes. A pepper ball gun is not a firearm according to the ATF.

Q: I'm on felony divers. 2 for 2 probation, failed drug test, sent to resid. treatment, left for funeral came back drugs

were found in my belongings, which I openly admitted to the possibility of, they kicked me out, now I'm supposed to report to my probation officer, what is going to happen?

Any number of thing. You could be removed and probated. You could be removed, sentenced and sentenced to the penitentiary. You could be sent to an IOP facility. You could be sent to an in patient facility. Best advice is to hire the best criminal defense attorney and get them started on it.

Call your court appointed attorney. Tell them what happened and ask them to get warrant recalled and get new date.

Q: I was charged with assault 3 degree (EMT) (ATTEMPTED) in KY, but it was dropped to harassment at the pretrial.

They might continue it for 6 months or a year and then dismiss if no new offenses.

This happens from time to time. People have old warrants in the system. You need to hire an experienced attorney to take care of this as soon as possible.

Highly unlikely that the court will remit what you propose. It is always much more difficult to get CPS out of your life than to get them into it.

The subsequent demolishing of the house after burglary is not a basis to have the charge amended from burglary to criminal trespass. It could theoretically be amended, yes, but you would need a valid basis.

No. On the 61st day, your lawyer should be moving for your release from custody.

Q: 1.Is there a specific amount of distance or time to stop before being charged with fleeing and evading?

3/10s of a mile. Never accelerated jus turned in my neighborhood an coasted to a stop. 2nd charge possession of a forged document, my girlfriend changed 2021 to 2022 I don't know why, before bringing it out to the police.

My friend got a 9 year sentence which is up on November 1. He also had a misdemeanor charge where he was given 365 days to pull. Will he still have to pull that 365 days after the 9 year sentence or will the 9 years kill out that 365?
