Unfortunately, without more information, there is not enough information to go on. I would highly recommend that you reach out to a lawyer to go over the facts and circumstances of your case, so that you can determine what can be done.

A Mississippi attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. This is only a Q & A board. If you're seeking an attorney, you could go to sites that are attorney referral services. You could also search online independently or use the tab above (Find-a-Lawyer) to... View More

No--regardless of whether or not you can recover money from an accident, if you are injured you should seek medical attention for your injuries.
I can go into more detail if need in a private email.

I got checked out and have an antibiotic. May need to get rabies vaccine if I don’t have proof that this dog was vaccinated. I contacted the owner and she is stalling and lying to me about everything it seems. I am nice, but I did nothing wrong in this situation.

You may have a case against the dog owner, especially if the dog had previous indications of being violent. If that is the case, then you could potentially sue the owner for damages, to include medical bills and vaccinations. I would highly encourage you to reach out to a personal injury lawyer to... It really depends on the nature and extent of damages. If this is a situation where your wife suffered from burns and had to seek medical attention, then there may very well be a case there. I would highly encourage you to reach out to a personal injury attorney to further discuss. Most lawyers on... View More

A Mississippi attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. This is not a personal injury matter. You need to contact a criminal defense attorney; if you can't afford one, contact the Public Defender's Office. Good luck

You could try reposting in the Real Estate category. This is something a real estate attorney would know better than a personal injury or administrative law attorney. Good luck

You should definitely reach out to another lawyer about the case to discuss further. I'd be curious to know whether the other lawyer brought the case under the tort claims act or under a 1983 theory. Regardless, you need to reach out to a lawyer ASAP, as there are some very particular strict... View More

It could depend if you have medical documentation and you could establish the connection between your symptoms and the mold. These can be tough cases. See if a local injury attorney would offer you a free initial consult. You could also contact a landlord-tenant attorney to discuss how these issues... View More

I don't handle nursing home abuse, but in terms of personal injury cases, you could use a number of different formats. What is more important than the particular format is that you include relevant information that outlines the who, what, when, where, and how of an accident. You want to... View More

Yes, it's possible you could sue, based on your injuries.
