Q: I was charged with 3 counts of child abuse by county officers whereas the allegations have no evidence to prove

There is no history of any kind of child abuse and I have no criminal record before this . Please help

These are very serious charges. You need to hire an attorney. No getting around that.

Q: 2015 Divorce there is a temporary protective order issued to coincide with this case to divorce was final in 2016

Protective order should be looked at before finalise this case the case has been finalised and the PO was never look at or address it was a temporary order with no date is it still good or ?

If the protective order was issued in the course of the divorce in that case and not filed in a separate protective order case filing with a different case number, the temporary orders in the divorce become null and void after the rendition of the decree of dissolution unless the protective order... Q: out with underage girl at a park sitting in my car at 1am and the cops came over but we aren’t doing anything.

What should I do. The cop said I might have to appear on court. I have the text to prove that we aren’t doing anything sexual relate but when the cops ask our answer not the same and we don’t know anything about each other. What should I do? Some advice please.

Q: Is there a website where you can search federal cases and see the details like you can state cases for free?

I want to find the details from my fiance's federal case, for example his official charges and sentence terms. Is this public record? For state cases I use odcr.com and find any public record on file with details. But I can't find this kind of information on the federal level?

Yes if the facts show that the wife indeed neglected her husband. Being 100% disabled does not stop someone from possibly committing such a crime.

I was harassed by gang task force after I got off work I was sittin in a parking lot when they rolled up on me and search my car.. for no reason.no traffic stop or nothing just came to my car?? Charge me with poss of firearm and a gang related offense I was the only one in the car

Laying the charges and proving the charges are two different issues. The police can lay the charges if there is a foundation and the officer reasonably believes that there is a gang affiliation. Hire an attorney who should ask for any videos inside the jail facility showing the search of his pockets and discovery of the contraband.
