Those charges sound normal, Statewide. You might call the Court Clerk and inquire politely about each cost, but i doubt it will do any good. It sounds like your Husband did not go to Court. The disobedience of a traffic signal violation will add some points to his MVR also. He needs to get his... View More

Charges can be filed against you at any point within the statute of limitations. However, due to the highly-science-dependent nature of DUI prosecution, if you were not administered field sobriety tests at the scene, nor were you administered blood draws, which were sent to TBI, it is unlikely the... Apparently Judge ordered it Dismissed With Costs. You are lucky, as no points are added to your MVR. If you want, you could ask the Judge to plea guilty, then also pay a Fine. Trial is not a good option on speed violations.

Hire an attorney to bring you to Court without being on the Docket. Then take care of everything at once.

Go to Court and explain your operation problems to the DA/Judge. Either you are guilty or it gets better. Have money to pay costs and fine.

It is up to the LEO whether to arrest you or summon you to Court. Here a Citation was issued, but he is requiring you to be booked. You must show up for the process or an Arrest Warrant for a Class A Misdemeanor will probably be issued.

That is a Rule of the Road violation. But if no LEO saw you, there will almost never be a Citation. If a photo ticket is generated, remember it is only a civil charge.

Probably not as General Sessions is not a Court of Record and amendments to the charging instrument can be made easily. Go to Court with your TNDL, Registration and Insurance. Hope for some type of diversion.

They gave me a court date and no other information was on the ticket. It had no price I would had to pay just a court date for a few months out. It has me worried that I might get my license suspended.

You may have three 11 mo/29 sentences or three 30 day sentences. Without looking at the dispositions on each Warrant, it is impossible to tell. You need an attorney to go to Court with you now. It appears you have already been convicted, that is apparently Diversion was not ordered.
