A violation in a school zone makes it more likely for a conviction. Go to Court in a respectful fashion and maybe some type of diversion will be offered. Bring cash to pay everything that day.

They can. But if you were diverted on a driving offense, then that should not be a conviction and no points on the MVR should be generated. Make sure you complete your Diverted Probation.

That sounds like a violation. It is a Class B Misdemeanor and LEO's take that Rule of the Road very seriously. Hire your immigration lawyer to represent you.
The officer's name listed was "Temporary Officer" and the Officer number was listed as "9999-9999" Is this a valid Ticket?

Call the Court Clerk there and find out. It sounds like an inexperienced officer with no badge number. But that does not make it unenforceable, just easier to deal with.
The officer who pulled me over didn't state on the ticket that it was reckless, but I'm afraid I'll be charged as such. This is my first ticket ever but I'm afraid I'll be subject to jail time. Is hiring an attorney my best bet?

That was an admission to the crime. The Citation mistakes can be easily amended in Court. You might hire an attorney, but in any case, you will need to go to Court.

If the speed zone is 30 mph, then the Court will allow the State to simply state that for an amendment. Act respectful in Court and politely inform the DA or Judge of the speed zone on the Citation.
Vehicle is in my name. Does that count as wrong information marked? Should I go to court and point that out to get it invalidated?

You are probably in General Sessions or City Court. The Court can easily amend the Citation. Act respectful and possibly the Citation will be Diverted, etc.

Hire an attorney to represent you. He can get you before the Court, then see if a Dismissal is possible since Diversion is not.

Go to Court in a respectful manner. Dress decent and talk to the DA or Judge politely. Quickly explain what happened. Have cash on you. Possibly you will be diverted or dismissed, or you might plea to a MVR nonreportable 9 mph over.

The owner of the vehicle is basically irrelevant to the criminal charge, and it can be easily amended. Be polite to the DA informing him of the same, and maybe Diversion can occur.

Hire a competent attorney to represent you. Just pleading guilty is usually not a good choice because of MVR points, and you might have had a better result. You will not be able to do this on your own.

If the Clerk sends the conviction to the State DOS, then it will affect your License. Hire a competent attorney to represent you on this Citation. At worst it will be a Conviction, or it might not go on your MVR. Never just plead guilty and send the Court a Check.

Old Citations are old criminal offenses. Whatever DOS demands for reinstatement is what is required, as they issue the TNDL.
