Q: What can I do when my utility bill is way too high and the apartment complex is overcharging us for the water bill.

We already have spoken to the regional property manager they sent a maintenance tech say it was off and it's not calculating correctly. We are not the only tenant being overcharged we have spoken to other tenants who are getting overcharged as well.

You will get some disclosure of the evidence through the criminal court process- typically called Discovery. Your attorney will file motions to handle your case and the allegations. It can take weeks or months for information to get to you through that process.

If the level of the heirs at law gets to siblings, then nieces and nephews of deceased siblings (and even great nieces and nephews, if applicable), become heirs at law.

You have your question backwards. It's up to the landlord to prove it's the bill for your property. You might call the water utility and ask about billing at your address.
