Q: Charged with possession of meth found in another's house with no supporting evidence. Witness for both sides missing?

Nobody said drugs were mine police assumed don't live at residence either.

Yes, that can happen. If it does, the child will become just another missing child and the parents will worry incessantly. In addition, the 18 year old can probably be charged with some very serious crimes, the least of which would probably be contributing.
