Q: I have had my license suspended for over 10 years, for an accident I wasn't at fault for how do I get it back

I was in an accident died the person at fault, same judge sent me to prison(which didn't transport me) to the 3 hearings scheduled and later made the judgement on me to pay their attorney fees? What should I do? 16k $ is too much to pay

The contract you signed with Verizon was a service contract which included the price of the phones. When you transferred carriers, you still owed for the phones. It doesn't matter what anyone told you, it's the written service agreement that counts.

Q: I'm being sued by discover bank on a credit card debt I experienced a financial hardship and was unable to pay.

I don't see anywhere that you asked a question. You are correct - they are not going to accept as a minimum payment, anything that you can pay. No legitimate debt collector requires you to pay by a pre-paid card. Scammers do that so the payment cannot be traced. Block the sender and ignore any future attempts by these lowlifes.

You may sue the police, (or the city) for the value of your car and your personal property that was in the car. Small claims court might be a good place for your suit. The best place to cash the check is at the bank it was drawn on, but you'll will generally need two pieces of identification to do so.

If a garnishment has been served and is has not expired, it would not be safe to cash a check.
