Ask the doctor's office, or the hospital, depending upon who you want to get the records from. Doesn't that make sense?

Q: What can I do if my pharmacist filled two prescriptions that if taken together could possibly be fatal?

I was rushed to the hospital as a result of taking these medications.

Q: My mother passed away July 2014 - just gotten a bill from the hospital (HMO). Am I still responsible 9 months later?

OR IS THE ESTATE CLOSED?

I did post a notice of her death in the local paper immediately and have paid all bills up until now.

You need to go speak with an attorney about this. A probate attorney should be consulted.

The statute of limitations on contract actions is 5 years. This sounds like it might be a contractual situation.

I would have to do a lot of research to answer this question accurately. My guess is that yes, if it is a common grounds for the condo, a blind person can use canine assistance when going to the pool.

Perhaps you can hire a private investigator. I know a few of them who have access to many databases.
