You are required to file a report within 30-60 days under most policies. If it's not over that file one. Second, ask DMV to have the guy's license & tags suspended. If he has a policy that should do it. Last but not least contact a member of the Md. Assn for Justice-they give free consults.

The implant had to be removed and I was told by one of the physicians that there were a couple screws loose on the device. I also became infected with staphylococcus and this was a direct result of the treatment rendered.
