Assuming it's under warranty, they should fix it and give you a loaner. Ask for a return, but even under the lemon law they are given time to fix it.

No. At a minimum you would want to warn of hazards, how not to misuse.Really makes sense to try todesign out possibility for inadvertent misuse. To err is human; ...to forgive is.....design. So design!

You would first have to prove that the enhancement pill was the cause. Unfortunately the law allows makers of "nutritional supplements" to make false advertising claims. If you could meet this burden of proof you would have a claim that you should timely discuss with an attorney in your state.
