Usually not at motion hour, no. Once they set it for a hearing, you could be arrested at the hearing if you are revoked.

I think you may have already asked this question. The general answer is probably. They do not typically have law enforcement to arrest you at the driver license office.
We are more worried about him losing his license. He can make the appearance to court but with his travel to and from work is the concern. Thanks

There are many factors the judges consider including prior record, how serious was the offense, how is the person doing while in custody, There is no way for anyone to tell you over the Internet without more details including what judges it, what county what charges etc.
