It sounds like a failure to treat type of medical malpractice case. The obvious problem would be a statute of limitations issue. You need to contact a medical malpractice attorney immediately.

It depends. The fault lies with whatever party was negligent. There is duty on drivers that stop at the stop sign to make sure the road is clear before proceeding. You should consult with a lawyer.

If you pleaded guilty and/ or are convicted, and if restitution is owed and ordered, the condition of your sentence may involve paying restitution i.e., the medical bills. In such a case you will have to make payments or pay in lump sum. A show cause date is given usually by which you must pay the... View More

Q: My dog and another dog into a fight on the street and the owner got bit trying to get them apart. Can my dog get taken?

I lost grip of my dogs collar and my neighbor was walking her dog in the street with no leash. She was bitten by one of them trying to get them apart. Not she’s trying to get my dog taken by animal control.

Sounds like you're both equally at fault. Very doubtful that your dog gets taken, especially if you witnessed it and it was her dog that actually bit her.

You should consult with a lawyer. Your question is vague. What type of an injury was this, who is the negligent party that caused the injury, and what are the limits of liability policy you are thinking about recovering from?

Not automatically. If you were driving without a license it is Prima Facie evidence of negligence, however you may have had a right of way and he had a duty to yield before making a turn so if injured you may still be able to recover, if able to rebut the presumption of negligence on your part....
