It sounds like you may need a divorce and custody judgment. Hire a divonce lawyer.
If you give him visitation before you get a custody judgment, he doesn't have to return him.

You mention 19 year old who is now irrelevant to child support. You mention 14 year old 4/7 nights with you. You don't mentuin the 3d child or your gross income or the other parents income. You also don't mention who carries health insurance or tuition. Call a custody lawyer to have... View More

Fiance doesn't get visitation or custodial rights. Hire a custody lawyer to modify custody and seek child support.

I have joint custody of my daughter and I’m the custodial parent. (Father) Her mother has been in rehab and messed up on drugs. She has just recently popped back up and now want to have her weekends in Arkansas. Before she was living in Texas with her parents.

The non-custodial parent can move without notice. However, if you reasonably believe that the reintroduction to her child has to be gradual or that her sobriety needs to be proven and visitation needs to be supervised until her sobriety stands the test of time, then hire a custody lawyer to file... Your lawyer can file for sole custody ND supervised visitation or your wife can file for adoption.
I have sole custody of my 10 year old and joint with my 12 year old. Their mother has never helped to support them and hasnt tried contacting them in well over a year. I would like to let my wife adopt them since she has been with them since my oldest son is 3.

If your sons agree, you can hire an adoption lawyer to accomplish this.

He needs to hire a custody lawyer to file for filiation, custody and possibly tutorship, if there is a social security claim or life insurance involved.
We live in different states and the father is unknown. She wants me to keep her kid until shes on her feet again. I will need to provide medical insurance and enroll in school.
