They picked him up on a traffic stop in Louisiana. What should we do. They asked he was on the run from them and his Bond it's too much

I'm sorry I didn't put that my son lived with me and my husband for 9 years, my son father and I never married. My son father who lives not far away is who I'm referring to not my husband. My husband is the caretaker.

It sounds like you may need a divorce and custody judgment. Hire a divonce lawyer.

If you give him visitation before you get a custody judgment, he doesn't have to return him.

Hire a custody lawyer. If they original custody was in Allen Parish, then yes Allen had jurisdiction.

Q: If father is moving out of state; can he require child to stay with his live in girlfriend (fiance) for his 50% of time?

We share custody; 50/50 with no parent named domicile (court agreement). Father moving to Georgia; wants to keep custody arrangement. Assuming because he doesn't want to pay child support. Currently no child support is paid.

Q: Can the non custodial parent move out of state? If so do they have to give some type of notice.

I have joint custody of my daughter and I’m the custodial parent. (Father) Her mother has been in rehab and messed up on drugs. She has just recently popped back up and now want to have her weekends in Arkansas. Before she was living in Texas with her parents.

Your lawyer can file for sole custody ND supervised visitation or your wife can file for adoption.

Q: I can I get sole custody of my son if his mother hasnt attempted to make contact with him in over a year or longer

It does not mean it has to be supervised. However he is at her mercy for frequency and duration. He needs to hire a custody lawyer.

Q: Can a a custody parent keep the kids from the non custody parent if they not paying the child support

I haven't seen my kids in over two months or talk to them their mother changed my daughter's number and blocked me from her phone and I have no way to contact my son or daughter and she said I can't see or talk to until I start paying child support again
