You should contact a bankruptcy lawyer to see what options you have available. You should definitely file a police report if someone stole your identity and took loans out fraudulently

Your question shows you know little about bankruptcy or foreclosure. Your lawyer should have explained it to you. If your sale has been noticed by posting a notice of sale and advertising it will go forward as noticed.

YEs, it is possible to file on your own, but free is another story. You will have to file an Application with the Court to waive the filing fee or pay same in installments. You can just pay the mortgage. The bank does not care where the cash come from. As to the debts, you are not liable personally. If the debt exceeds the asset value of the estate, there is no benefit to an estate.
