Q: I have a 2 week old brand new 2018 car I was on the highway when a work truck drop a cylinder of his truck.

Can I get there insurance to replace my car or should the insurance pay me for devaluation of the vehicle . There on going to be 6,000 of this vehicle coming to the state in the next two years.

Not quite sure--you can ask them to replace but they generally will only give you the book value. However there is no book value then for that car so you would say that what you paid is the market value. If you were hurt you have a claim for your injuries.

I don't see that they can. Get a copy of the police report. Download the weather for that day. However if your employer fires you understand you should fight that if it's because he wanted you to pay. Workers comp would cover your medical bills.

Generally you can get a copy of the report. There may be part of a report dealing with a crime--for instance if someone was doing drugs.

However if you were hurt in the wreck you have a right to have your bills paid unless you owned a registered but uninsured vehicle.

Q: Cited for stop sign violation. Proceeding without caution. Accident was 20-25 ft past stop sign. How can I fight this?

No witnesses at the scene. Other driver has mental issues. Not credible in my opinion. I’ve tried to have the police report changed 3x. The facts are not correct.

Depending on how crash happened you may have a claim for your injuries. Why not contact a member of the Pennsylvania Assn for Justice--we give free consults.

You won't get the police report changed. So don't waste emotional space & energy on that.

If your husband was served alcoholic beverages while in a "visibly intoxicated condition" there is potentially a meritorious case. However, your husband's comparative negligence would also be an issue.

A lot here. If it's your car, then get it back. Report it as stolen. You want to make sure there is insurance on the vehicle--at some point in your name. As lkong as insurance that will protect you if she gets in a wreck.

You would be best advised to show the check to a lawyer before endorsing it.

As a general proposition, the check should clearly state that it is a settlement for property damages only and that all claims for bodily injury are reserved and preserved.

Q: Rear ended in PA auto accident. Had X-rays, PT. Am I entitled to any more than just the cost of the medical bills?

Accident was 09/2015 and I just received a call regarding payout. Some of the medical bills are in collections now. The payout is equal to the exact costs of the bills (which some were negotiated down). Is PA a state where you are able to be granted 3x the total amount of the bills?

In no state is there an automatic "payout"

Your insurance would cover the bills. However, unless you were under 18 at the time, you have a problem if you did not sue the other driver as the statute of limitations in Pennsylvania is 2 years from the date of the wreck--if it was...
