Verbally abuses me, and I have no transportation as he has had my old vehicle towed under the guise of having it repaired. (3 weeks ago.)He tells me he makes his own schedule at work, and almost weekly goes to dental appointments for his $expensive new teeth,I have had to cancel doctors appointments such as one for an internal sonogram of my uterus for pain and bleeding. No mammogram inyears. He told me to quit going to the pain management doctor who was treating me for herniated disks, severe lower lumbar spinal arthritis and scoliosis.Once he told me to send back my oxygen machine because I do not use it(My pulmonologist says to only use it at night and when needed for shortness of breath. I have no insurance, except medicare partA, and my disability check is only 957 a month.I want a divorce, but he knows the best way to hurt me is to harm my grown sons, who he has also abused. He uses drugs and drinks and owns guns. How do I safely divorce him without leaving my home and my 2 dogs?

It is necessary for you to obtain a Domestic Violence Restraining Order and Petition for exclusive use and occupancy of your home.
The Domestic Violence Statute does allow you to petition for emergency temporary relief such as emrgency temporary alimony which you should pursue.
