Q: Where can i find my rights as a parent to protect my family from Florida's dcf agency.

I have been having people call in on me making false reports about me. D.C.F Has been to my house many times and closed the cases,but i am getting sick of always opening my doors because i have nothing to hide and I am an excellent mother whom loves my children dearly.I feel that by now D.C.F should have gotten the picture yet they still pop up with out any word and nothing ever changes in my house hold situation.What should I do to stop this. Every time I make someone mad they call in and try to make my life miserable by hurting me threw the only thing in this world that matters to me.I have tried to find web sites on my rights as a parent in the state of Florida,yet nothing I am thinking that the next time the show up to my house slamming the door in their faces and making them do their job fully, but with they way they work I am not sure if that would be a good idea so I am seeking help...

A: That would definitely be a bad idea. Unfortunately, it is their job to investigate allegations of neglect, abandonment, and abuse. You can file a case with the State Attorney against any false complaints.
