Q: If you cite law and facts in an appeal can it be dismissed for frivolous and no facts.

A: A case can be dismissed even though laws or facts are cited by a party if the laws cited are not relevant to the case, if the case has no merit, if the facts cited are not relevant to the case, or if there is no cause of action under the applicable law.
