A parenting plan will spell out all of your parenting rights in detail and give you options if she violates it. There are many lawyers that may give you a reduced fee for legal services, allow you to make payments or that accept credit cards. I am not sure where you live in Tennessee, but most have groups that provide free local legal services if you are indigent. Search the term "legal aid" and your city.
