Q: If i have not seen my wife in about a year in a half and i dont no wear she is will it be hard to get a divorce
A: It won't be difficult to get a divorce but your wife will have to be served by publication. Before you can have her served by publication, you must prove to the court that you have made a diligent search for her and tell the court everything you have done to try to locate her. Only after the court is satisfied that you have made a concerted effort to locate your wife will the court allow you to have her served by publication.
