Q: Can i Be Sued for this

A company in the United states with lets say the name cleanyourhouse with a website of www.cleanyourhome.com.. I am a canadian based company and have been in business for about 12 months with the name Cleanyourhome operating as www.cleanyourhome.ca ... We both do the exact same line of work... This company has threatened to sue us and have us rename our company as it is confusing to the customer and to similar to their company. This American company has a Trademark as CLEANYOURHOUSE in the US but is not registered as a business in canada.

My Question is .. can this person sue me or start any legal action?
