Q: What can I do against an ex if my daughter does not want to go to his house for visits anymore?
My daughter is 4 years old and says she does not wanna go to her dads anymore. She cries everytime she is dropped off and is excited everytime she comes back. She is afraid that dad will not spend time with her, which he does not, he works 2 jobs and is rarely home. She is now confused that his new girlfriend will be her "new mom." She feels abandoned please gie me advise.
We do not have any type of court order in place for visitaion, but I would like to get one in place before brining it up to my daughters dad.
A: Is there a court order regarding legal/physical custody? Does the order state anything about parenting time/visitation?
