Q: Notice to remove a judge: do I need an attachement ie affidavit? minnesota courts

A: You have a limited amount of time to remove the judge without cause which means that you do not have to have a reason to remove the judge. Once that limited amount of time has passed then you have to show that the judge is biased to have him or her removed. In this case I would include an affidavit. As a side note, it is only in rare cases that a judge can be removed for bias. I would certainly do your research and think if this is the best decision for your case.
