ME AND KIDS GOT THEIR PERMANENT RESIDENT CARDS IN OCT.2011 . OUR INTERVIEW WAS HELD ON DEC. 2010 AT ISLAMABAD EMBASSY, PAKISTAN. UPON ENQUIRY THEY ALWAYS GIVE A MACHINE OPERATED ANS THAT ADM. PROCESS TIME CANNOT BE TOLD BUT WHEN I VISITED NVC CASE STATUS SITE THEY ALSO SAID UNDER ADMINST. PROCESS BUT ALSO SHOW IN DETAILS ABOUT SOME NUMERICAL VISA DISTRIBUTION WAIT FOR THIS CASE IN DIVERSITY VISAS.I COULDNT UNDERSTAND THIS BECAUSE.OURS IS F4 VISA ME BEING THE PRINCIPAL APPLICANT .PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT COULD BE MY OPTIONS (I HAVE TRIED THE SENATOR'S INVOLVEMENT LAST YEAR THEY GAVE THE SAME ANSW.)HOW LONG THIS COULD TAKE BECAUSE I AM A HEART PATIENT(GONE THROUGH VALVE REPLACEMENT SURGERY IN 2010) AND CANNOT BEAR THIS DILLEMA FOR LONG BOTH EMOTIONALLY AND ECNOMICALLY.AFTER 23 YEARS OF MARRIAGE.
