Q: I filed a Bankruptcy in 2/6/2004, then filed to stop it. It was stopped 3/16/2004. How long will it be on credit report?

7 to 10 years depending on which kind of bankruptcy you filed. Even when you dismiss a bankruptcy like this it can still be reported.
A chapter 7 stays on there for 10 years from the order ending the case. A chapter 13 stays on there for 7 years.
However, since the was over in 2004, it has been more than 7 years, so my guess is that you filed a chapter 7. In that case, it will stay on there until March of 2014.
