Q: Advice for dealing with Weltman, Weinberg & Reis?
They are collecting on a (valid) credit card debt from Discover, but are often harassing and unprofessional. They also continue to add interest to the amount owed. I'm in the process of paying off the debt.
I have heard a number of horror stories about them and their practices. I'm wondering if they've broken any laws in our dealings thus far. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
