Q: What split of uninsured medial should be followed after support ends?
My minor child will graduate June of 2015 which will end my child support order which includes medical split and uninsured amounts. Orthodontics were recently started under a payment plan which was started by the other party in my case, which will end much later than his graduation date. Current order splits the cost 87/13 over the pre determined amount. What percent am I legally obligated to uphold once support ends? Does it rely on the parties coming to an agreement on their own?

After the child reaches the age of 18 or graduates from high school (whichever is later), the court no longer had jurisdiction over the child or things pertaining to the child, such as medical expenses or college expenses.
