Q: does the state of Tn have laws on ownership of property if maintained by another person....

a legal property owner is not doing the up keep of their property, so a neighbor is and has been taking the responsibility to mow and maintain the property, without a contract to do so.... so legally its as if the property has been abandoned...legally can the neighbor claim that property
