Q: Can I apply B2 Visa for my parents while I'm on F1 OPT Visa STEM extension period expiring on Nov 2015?
I'm currently in the United States working full-time on my F1 OPT Visa which expires November 2015. My employer would be sponsoring H1 Visa for my next year. I would like to sponsor B2 Visa for my parents so they could visit USA next summer. Will there any difficulties obtaining the Visa as there is only few months of my OPT period left?
