It is unlikely to have any serious impact on your driving privileges alone. In order for the Secretary of State to take action regarding tollway violations, there must be five or more unpaid tolls. In absence of this, the Secretary of State will take no action against your license by suspending it. That said, they may potentially put a hold on renewal of your license upon expiration until these fines are paid. The best way to confirm or deny this is to contact the Secretary of State at (800) 252-8980 and dial 1 license questions, then 7 for traffic violations, then 6 for a representative, and then 3 for a representative.
