Q: Do I need a traffic attorney?
If I hit the back of a vehicle and no Offical document was written but I signed a plain sheet of paper saying "I take responsibility for the bump on your rear end" and the person isn't satistfy with the effort I make to fix the (minor) scrathes. What can the owner of the vehicle do next? (KEEP IN MIND in the non official paper I agreed I never said I would fix the car, but only that I take responsibility of the bump on the side. Also I never placed a date of when the car will get fixed.) the police came to the scene and the owner of the vehicle choose not to make a report.
A: You must report the accident to your insurance company. That is why you have insurance to begin with.
